AJFSF International is the movement from players for players. Created to bring together, represent and unite the voice of players. Players from all over the world, working to improve women’s futsal conditions, recognition as professional players, striving for equity and advocating to act as the official spokespersons with the stakeholders and institutions that govern our sport.

To act as representatives with FIFA and the international confederations: UEFA, Conmebol, Concacaf, CAF, AFC and OFC.
Strengthen unity and solidarity among players worldwide.
Promote and defend players’ rights as workers in dealings with international organizations.
Guarantee protection and integrity for players.
Achieve the implementation of a strategic plan for the development of futsal.
